Level One Ruthless Performer

How Often?                     

  • One day per week. (Monday OR Wednesday)

 

What is the Focus?

  • Accountability – You have a scheduled session 

  • Coaching – One to two trainers present at each session for questions

  • Progress – Body Measurements and strength assessments 

Level Two Ruthless Performer

How Often?                     

  • Two days per week. (Wednesday and Friday)

 

What is the Focus?

  • Accountability – You have a scheduled session 

  • Coaching – One to two trainers present at each session for questions

  • Progress – Body Measurements and strength assessments 

Level Three Ruthless Performer

How Often?                     

  • Three days per week. (Monday Tuesday and Thursday)
