Adult Semi-Private Sessions

Monday – Thursday Every Hour on the hour from 5am to
11am (last session ends at 12pm) and from 4pm to 6pm (last session ends at 7pm)


All Clients Have 24 hour access in case they miss their session. Programming will be provided if
needed.

Youth Training sessions

Ages 10 - 13

Monday – Thursday at 10am and 11am (last session ends at 12pm)

4pm and 5pm (last session ends at 6pm)

Advanced Youth Training Sessions

Ages 14 - 17

Monday – Thursday Every hour on the hour from 9AM to 12PM (last session ending at 1pm) and from 4pm to 6pm (last session ending at 7pm)

What Package is Right for Me?

Deciding which package is right for you is about tailoring your fitness journey to your needs. Level 1 offers once-a-week sessions, Level 2 provides two sessions per week, and Level 3 offers three sessions per week. Each package includes accountability, coaching from one to two trainers, and progress tracking. With a maximum of 10 participants per class, you’ll receive personalized attention. We also offer discounts for paying in advance or with cash. Our team is here to help you make the right choice for your schedule, goals, and budget.
